Trip, I know you didn't ask the model question of me, but here is my 10c worth....if Trof is successful, then I would assume it will be for both Retts and Fragile x. If Phase 2 is successful on the 3x indications for 2591, then phase 3 success would be assumed (based on history) to be > 65%. This would actually be more, but let's say 65%.
So, Trof passes phase 3 and 2591 passes phase 2. My model, which is on the conservative side per my detailed discussions with experts in this field, is $51 per share.
