According to the Shine Website:
"Latest Update: In April 2020, the Respondents appealed the judgment of Justice Katzmann which was handed down in November 2019. The appeal will be heard by the Full Court of the Federal Court in Sydney between 1 February and 9 February 2021 and the Court’s decision is expected to be received in May 2021. "

Forgive my ignorance here but - hypothetically - if J&J wins this appeal, what happens to the $39.7mil in awarded costs that has already been paid to Shine? Any risk this would need to be paid back?
