The full detail of the issue was clearly communicated via the announcement, it's an issue with specific version of firmware installed on the WorldLine terminal. It's like there is a bug in your smart phone's OS firmware (for example, Android or iOS) causes your What'sApp to stop working and you just need to update to the latest OS to fix it.
