    Fair comment Forrest.

    However I think in this industry and in small companies like Cellestis there is not the same differentiation between owners and empoyees as others businesses.

    Until the company reaches greater success and much higher earnings I don't think they can afford to pay employees fully comensurate wages. When a Company is establishing itself I believe Options are a good option.
