Just to help you a little bit, as i feel your abit out of your leauge(very infact). Purely to help you understand how utterly silly and uninformed you look.....this is the definition of "betting" ; risk a sum of money or valued item against someone else's on the basis of the outcome of an unpredictable event such as a race or game. (or) the action of gambling money on the outcome of a race, game, or other unpredictable event.

At no stage was a wager placed.

someone asking a question about which stock will moon and a response showing absoloutley nothing negative about your beloved EM1 is not in breach of any laws nor am i worried about being under any legal duress...
