Last time this occurred it was SPOV getting out. Wide spread in trading and they would do their best to pull it up to sell into it. It would jump over .1/.2/.3c quickly. Still someone offloading a few unfortunately.
It jumped up to, what was it, 9.3 today and then buying chased it and they sold back into it. Expect the same until they are done.
