do you think it is being bled such that TLS can take it over? it meets all the synergies and requirements of TLS, has a good position, undervalued, NSW based as opposed to the Victorian base of TLS. TLS spends all its time trying to get into monetized utilities.
I cannot see TLS getting ORG or Chinese Light and Power’s EnergyAustralia, so what else has critical mass sufficient for a TO Bid?
The crossing of several people between TLS and AGL was not known to me before you pointed it out.
