I watched the Cabinet stream today, I dont speak Swahili so it was interesting.
From what I could make out after the Presidents speech, it was pretty informal today, the President and Speaker took up all 3 hours or so, there was a lot of laughing towards the end, introductions of new ministers. Some recognition of people in the Parliament Gallery, remember this is a new Cabinet that was sworn in early Dec, and this is the first sitting as Ministers.
There was some photos taken at the end, with Ali Mwinyi (former President) Hussein Mwinyi (President Zanzibar) and President Magufuli and other dignitaries.
Over the next 10 days Government Business will be front and centre. And Im confident that announcement we have been waiting for !!!!!!!
