I actually find the 5% margin of error alarming personally.
that’s 250 people every 5000 people. 500 every 10,000
do we assume the error rate swings both ways? False positive and false negative.
is that possibly 250 people of the 5000 that COULD be carrying and infection, given a false negative and then allowed to be on their merry way?
would love to see the details of the fine print in that error margin.
