Look, I get it... I grew up in an open cut mining area. I understand and respect local opposition, but this is bigger than the town which is still protected from the proposal anyway. This is about the future of Euro transportation. Showing the rest of the world the way forward. I would only encourage them to engage and extract the best they can for their community
