Yeah - all these companies that have the share price appreciating significantly while takeover talks are in progress and we're locked behind a trading halt. Very disappointing. That would flush out any share price suppression. I hope the halt isn't some insider process to negotiate with a prospective buyer and line up a sweetheart deal for mgmt salary-wise while keeping the share price down and attractive to the buyer.
