Yes, PRR is not flashing now. It is acceptable since it is impossible for it to flash like comet if it could be dollars. It would flash time by time to eat the capital from the market losers or big risk capital. PRR has to grow up with the flag "Stop-the-Loss." No loss of the traders no future of PRR!
