That's a ~15% spike in 3 days based on my calculations!
On LME Cobalt itself, the increase is a bit more modest still a good sized increase:
~4.2% increase in 1 day.
Maybe the Chamath Palihapitiya tweeting about battery metals had an effect, who knows:

I think cobalt price is now at around the same level it was at when CLA made the announcement that Opuwo had to be put on ice. Only this time it is heading in the opposite direction.
