It depends on time frame and company of course.
Retail can and does drive price beyond reasonable levels as was seen with rxl when it hit , i think 9c ???
Who do you think pushed it through the roof.
All you have mentioned play a roll and its an investors job to try and understand whats happening and why.
Not an easy task.
Where rxl is at the moment i wouldnt be to concerned at shorts and bots etc.
We just need that decent news flow and measured commentary. Hopefully mostly positive moving forward.
