and the message from that is very very simple. MRQ Corridor extent and quality has been known for 20yrs? and no major has shown any interest in reviving it. You have to ask yourself why. That's why I believe MRQ will never achieve major status or even be attractive to anyone including the Chinese next door. Long term faith in MRQ is not justified IMO.
