Still the same ,dow Jones was on record highs ,sxy was 37 cents, dow Jones went down a little ,sxy capitulated, dow Jones back on record highs, sxy in the 34s . It always goes down with the dow Jones and by a lot bigger pct, but does not go back up with it, it has to go up on it's own merit ,e.g. a good announcement
