Bmn staff have been 'doubling up' .. for 3 years in the Cazaly offices in west perth.
nowadays with so many more on staff ,plus now a near term producer as the bfs is finished by xmas....they will be borrowing $450 mill. for mine construction.
Maybe chinese or JV people will come to talk about a 'takeover' or Joint venture etc..
So decent offices are required to set a level of confidence..
Deep yellow & paladin & many others are all in the immediate area in subiaco....its not the high rent down town CBD zone .
