I think that if we look at things in perspective - the stock has been severely oversold. On any positive news from the company (which is inevitable) the SP will violently increase. Its just amazing to think how oversold this REIT has been considering its solid book of assets which generate strong cashflows.
There have been many traders in this stock, and upon the recommencement of distributions i believe that we will see the institutional investors buy back at all levels.
