Not down-ramping, but management should be held accountable for misleading shareholders.
A straight out lie to investors imo.
They would of been planning this CR about 4 weeks ago when the SP started to take off!
They knew damn well they were doing a CR last week (and so did others)
Too all the holders, just remember after a CR the SP doesn’t always go down, look at LKE after their raise!
