Pattos only organised a mass transfer between 2 parties... over 30million shares @ 2cents.... so hence who ever is the holder of that 30+million will be dumping them anything above 2 cents.. hence why the SP struggling to get of the ground... once this is over then SP should start to jump... sell side heavily stacked... is annoying... Credit Suisse Group are the worst manipulators here... Im thinking after all their games with the SP in the last few months it was they that sold of the rest of their holdings @ 2cents... not sure... there must be a change in substantial holding due any time soon, as whoever obtained the 30+million shares at 2 cents would be in the top 20... either way, SP is in for a hard time until this mass holders that are letting go move on... if the SP was simply left to retail holders we would be back to mid 3's even 4's... just going to have to be patient and see this one out...

Forgive my ignorance but do we really call a 30M parcel of shares @ 0.02 a substantial shareholder? That is an amount of $600K or less than a 2% of the market capital... Is there a rule on when someone becomes a substantial shareholder?
