This is a classic approach for an Enterprise like Samsung. Partner with a smaller company to test the waters then take it over or buy up a major share. It takes some time but patience will be rewarded.
Based on today’s action so far some big buys are happening. We’ve had a few days of shaking the tree and now it’s lining up for another run north.
