OK, lets take over the company and rename the brand to AUL and then lose 50% of sh's wealth and then do a merger....


You have no idea how much AUL has been a failure and merging up with another entity does not hide the fact that sh's will still be 50% down on their investment and will rely NOT on AUL to be profitable any more but an entire NEW company that you have not invested in before.....
