FFX doesn't need the money. No reason to sell it. In MHO its best to transfer the lithium into another ASX vehicle subject to broker support, underwriting and an interested party, with FFX shareholders having the first right to buy the shares on offer. Euroz valuation at $60 has to be a very attractive investment. As one option and Assuming 100% divestment the company could raise say $30m which means FFX shareholders will get 1 share for every 25 held
