I don't think there is a standardised measure of EV or MV with a growth business. The market and those following or researching the stock have set a view around the value of the scrip. Plus - different markets, still the metrics, broadly, appear the same to me.
There are also a large number of brokers with buy or strong buy recommendations on this stock.
It's not cheap - no. But is Amazon? Apple?
