If David's selling, that probably means the SP is due for another breakout. On a more serious note, I'd be more concerned if say Jim or Howard started selling down.

Bear in mind that David appears to be something of a gun for hire in relation to cap raisings and licensing agreements, and that he's started and subsequently moved on from a number of companies over the years. He's probably not quite as emotionally invested in the business as others, hence I don't see David or his associated entities selling down being anything other than BAU.
