I can see possible ways a split out of the lithium could work quite well.

Speculating - If we had someone that was coming on board in a JV to develop our lithium, it may work to announce this with a future date where the company would be split, could imagine this may just put a rocket under the SP for people filling up for a 2 for one event e.g. buy a share in one company and get a position in another company for free.

Lets see what the doc can deliver on this front, one thing for sure is he does not think small.
