My back of envelope calculation of IGV for the MCB project is:
USD$11.7b for the copper based on USD$7800/t copper price
USD$2.64b for the gold based on USD$1800/ounce gold price
Total = USD$14.34b
That means, if we have to spend USD$12b to build the mine and operate it over LOM, that still gives USD$2.34b profit.
