they've been pressing for a date, this is an upgrade to "soon" as far as when is concerned.
4 weeks, or so.
Perhaps, that clarity, and some cnfidence behind the companies position, will continue to see the market, position itself for the copany to move forward soon after.
We all know the peer upside waiting to be let out of the bottle.
