The only negative would be what price the placement is at and whether the market likes it.
I was moving in to take a position in this company. Might keep my powder dry until after the palcement in anticipation for a depreciation in SP.
I would be VERY VERY VERY interested to see who is being offered the placement.
Might have something to do with the Recent visits to China and teh Chinese visitors to Perth.
