Guess what; the pie just got bigger. Your piece is a smaller fraction of a LARGER pie. The amount added to the pie enables the pie to grow even larger again. And it cost you nothing. You had ample chance to stuff your stockings at 5c. What are people ACTUALLY complaining about? The fact that you couldn’t buy more shares at 13c? Wtf? You should’ve bought more at 5c ffs. Was it the fact that you couldn’t provide funds directly to the company? Wtf? They’ll get what they need from instos.

Oh hang on, it’s actually about the fact that they are getting a “special deal” by getting a 3c discount to the latest price, isn’t it. We had a better chance on-market for most of the past 12 months. Again, ample time to buy 10c lower, where were you?

Why is the dilution concept so hard to grasp?

If you owned 10% of the company, you just apparently “missed out” on being able to pay about 2% of the MC at 13cps for another 2% of the company.

You now own 8.3% of a more valuable company; arguably significantly MORE than 20% more valuable than it was before the raise that enables a step-change in operations and growth.

Do some maths and quit whining about “being robbed” by dilution.

Do the instos get a “great deal”? Arguably. Possibly. It comes with its own risk too, btw. But in no way is it any “greater” than the opportunity that was slapping us all in the face for most of the past year - the opportunity to fill your stockings at 4/5/6 cents.

Now, what happens next?

If this is indeed an insto-only CR;

Do we really think instos are going to sell out for a pip or 3 next week? As if. They are here to make serious money. Same in GXY, same in PLS etc etc.

If the price drops a bit next week, imo it’s just a self-fulfilling nonsense prophecy playing out by some retailers who think “the price must drop to the CR price”. These will be the ones left behind on the next leg, same as in GXY, PLS, etc etc.

Left with their heads spinning, just like those who sold GXY under $2 chasing few extra pips before it soon shot to $3+.

Fear and greed preyed upon by the pros. Like clockwork. Played.

Well done to those that filled their stockings well under 10c, you did way better than the “Lucky” instos in their CR at 13c, even with the attached option.

We start to build our plant soon.
