Someone keen to buy a little this morning, but it is interesting to look back a little.
One of the things that SBN/HGR were looking into was using their testing membrane for detection of disease - such as flu (see http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20060201/pdf/3v8vvl2y33q89.pdf - page 6).
If they had of gone down that path, perhaps it could be different now - seeing as how in hindsight so much money and time was taken up in 510K submissions that ultimately (IMO) led to the starving death of the company and platform.
Having said that though, detecting these sorts of diseases with a membrane device would have cost tens of millions to develop - money that SBN/HGR could never raise.
Would have been nice though!
