My thought is it would be a detailed exchange something like;
Mitsui would buy in 5% (give or take) but would get a special off take deal.
LKAB for also buy in around the 5% and would get the other valuable metals in exchange for operating the mine.
I believe the actual project financing will come from a number of financing solutions and form up a suite of financing that would best limit dilution as noted my MT.
