Yes I agree.
Stage 1 is getting the SML
Stage 2 is sitting down with the Tanzanian Government and agreeing on the Government cut etc.
Lets hope, after all this time, the negotiations go smoothly and that the Government is reasonable with their demands.
If all goes well then i can see the below issues falling into place fairly quickly.
Stage 3 Off take agreements
Stage 4 Funding
As each of the above falls into place i can see a substantial uptick in the share price.
