    NEXION Group Ltd has determined allocations, issuedshares and despatched holding statements in preparation for IPO. Refunds forunsuccessful subscriptions have been despatched by Computershare.

    Once we’ve collated the remaining information required bythe ASX in their conditional approval letter provided on the 17thJanuary, the board will nominate a preferred listing date and notify allshareholders.
