An excerpt from Albo’s speech today;

This proposal lacks common sense, it’s bad for jobs, it’s bad for communities, bad for our natural environment”

Clearly a bandwagon jumper to gain support on the north coast. it’s fine to pull gas from far away but not near where you live, they should turn off their gas at the meter and stop driving using anything that’s uses gas/oil.

From what I have read elsewhere, the rigs are going to be 30ks offshore, for some sort of actual reference Rottnest Island in WA is 18ks offshore.
