After the 4C has been released they hit the road to talk the story up to current and potential investors so it may just be that ie driving new buying.
Whilst the code is obviously complex, the business model is not, its easy to understand the potential margins etc. One thing I had not appreciated was that a lot of the big utility types sign on for a scoping study, so we see those numbers come through but if they are happy with the scoping results they then sign the big contract, so there is often a lag between someone signing and then committing. Cash flows should really accelerate as a result.
