or maybe the funding is a share offer to current investors for $15m - either way totally not what i expected and IMO indicates that "proper" funding is unable to be accessed! hopefully am wrong but last time funding was ANN'ed i think similar thing happened so maybe this is the norm now?. gosh i hope im wrong - dilution rather than debt equity - not good beyond a certain point IMO we have reached already!
