Technically the cr is below 13c when u consider the options. They will sell this down at open all the way to below 13c and just hold the options. Or they may rebuy again at the bottom. This is not the same as the GXY raise as a huge portion went to short covering therefore it wasnt sold down to the offer price.
Why did JZ pick the bottom of the cycle to do the CR at a huge discount? Doesnt seem right to me. Not even at a 10 day vwap WTF.
