So how far away is the final sign off from the TZ Government in respect to formalizing their free carried interest?

One can reasonably think this may be a matter of days to a couple of weeks at best from coming through.

Make no mistake, this is a significant de risking event for the company which will see a swag of key decisions made by potential investors, debt and equity providers for the company.

Almost two weeks ago the TZ Government has shown they are serious in getting these agreements signed off by executing the Kabanga Nickel project free carried interest. Also with Posco formally signing on as a partner in the project both at an equity and offtake level, this would substantially increase the Governments comfort around BKT and the project being successful. There is no feasibly reason why the Government would want to delay this project from commencing.

My expectation is that once BKT receive formal signoff from the Government we could reasonably see the share price head north of 20c ($150mil valuation) off the back of this news alone.
