FYI - Below is a response from the reporting journalist to my enquiry WA Business News. As you can read GBG did sit on the report until the arvo. OOPS forgot to suspend trading on a price sensitive announcement. Call that little oversight what you will, I call it really sloppy PR on the side of GBG.

The Environmental Protection Authority released its recommendations for the Karara iron ore project at 9am WA time today. A Gindalbie spokesperson told me the company would be reviewing the recommendations before releasing a statement later in the day, hence the 2:20 release time for the company announcement.
