I think u mean, strong level of SUPPORT at 3.9 cents, which indeed you are correct.
WHEN support holds, it usually doesn't drop below, and the stronger the support line the harder the bounce back UP she normally goes.
This is exactly what happened 3 years back when we had our hard run from 3c towards 12 cents, which was great.... also boyed by INSTO buying, which we have here again, evidenced by VOLUMES we are seeing again!
