Sircorp .... I agree with Mr47. Perhaps you could do more research into PRR (refer website, announcements etc).

re your comment of "issueing more capital" ... the $12m credit facility was organised prior to PRR shares taking off - at a time of desperation to "get them thru". Luckily circumstances changed & they have not needed to access these funds, the share price increased, they were able to bring in a major share holder (Freeman) for $1.5m a few weeks ago & prior to the shares spiking even though the announcement was only just made yesterday.
Hence no need to draw down on that $12m facility which is a last option, as they will now have more favourable funding options going forward.

Its a great story for patient investors v's daytraders !!
