    Keep an eye on the Shorts, any company wanting to takeover SXY will have a Fund or Investment group beat the price down to 24 or 25 cents, and then make a takeover bid at 40 cents, sprouting the fact that they are offering a 65% premium, which would be criminal, but it happens all the time in the (casino) markets.

    In reality, the current share price should now be 70 to 80 cents at fair value IMHO.
