does it say if there was a placement with institutional and sophs? if so, that would've had to have been at 7.5c, too. I'm pretty surprised by that. I'm guessing if that deal had gone through today rather than a month ago (or however long it was), the terms would be fairly different. a 17% discount on a stock this volatile isn't a great deal.
