All I've learnt from this takeover is that BON and UCL shareholders are hopeless optimists who've left reality behind a long time ago.

I'd rather MAK pulled the bid under 50% and left BON to suffer the large UCL dilution or their own raising in due course (obviously this won't happen due to the shared directors).
