Our board is Mr. Xingmin Ji, Mr. Wang, Patrick Burke, and Peter Canterbury (still).
Is that correct? Plus the new CEO whoever that will be.
The board decide who the replacement CEO will be so with two Chinese board members how are they going to elect a person that could undermine their power on the board. With Peter still there are we going to now have five board members instead of four?
How are this board ever going to take any action that would remotely dilute the Chinese holding?
Seems these two Chinese board members will stymie any move that diminishes Chinese control.
I.e. electing a CEO that will potentially approve by a 3/2 margin certain thinking that is unfavourable to Chinese interests.
Have I got this correct? ...... If so, where?
