I don't know what you consider to be false information. If you become eligible for the AYS cash distribution, the WAM scrip conversion rate changes to 1 WAM for 6.43 AYS.

That is probably hypothetical, as I expect WAM to have triggered the compulsory acquisition rules before the record date.
