Hey Proga - I understand your optimism about future upside but market has lost confidence in the CEO and Board.
Future growth was to be funded with debt and Cashflows that are now underwhelming.
In order to regain market confidence and a re-rate for future upside, shareholders should hang the incumbents and move on - because failure to do so will lead to the unwanted lowball takeover you dread.
I'm just being realistic.
