The market determines the price. So far the market from memory has decided that CP1 is worth an additional 5 cents since the announcement of getting together with AC8 , I think pre announcement we were about 12 cents.
On top of that we get a 30% premium post because of a 1.3 to one share replacement. The CP1 CEO is heading up the new company so management stays in place.
You obviously see it differently to the market and that’s how some make a lot of money if there right so make your own decisions . I’ve made mine .
