The quote was "Nothing has occurred lately to show clear skies ahead"
They have lots of potential, but seem to move ahead slowly, then sit on their hands waiting for someone else to move them forward. Potential is not being converted. Maybe that is the DHJ factor. Maybe the threat of another Board spill would fire things up.
